ABOUT
Annabel’s real passion is finding and enabling ways to help people resolve their conflicts both inside and out.
Annabel has been a psychotherapist for almost 25 years, training initially at CCPE in London, where she completed her Diploma and Masters in transpersonal psychotherapy. She then went on to become a family therapist at Australia’s leading addiction treatment centre, South Pacific Private on Sydney’s north shore.
She also holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, where she taught Peace of Mind and Conflict Resolving Media for several years as part of the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies.

Annabel is a former broadcast journalist (BBC & SBS) who co-authored Peace Journalism with Jake Lynch.
Annabel served on the EMDR Association Board in Australia from 2019-21, where she edited the newsletter.
With a background in Buddhism and 12-Step programmes, Annabel believes that the Internal Family System model is a perfect umbrella for her life’s work in helping people to heal themselves and the planet.
